Livingston Cleaning Services takes its role in Health, Safety, Quality and Environment very seriously and recognises the importance it has not just to their direct employees and clients but also to the wider community.
LCS is an accredited member of ‘Safecontractor’, which is a scheme that gives our clients confidence in knowing that we operate in a safe and responsible manner. All our staff are fully trained prior to starting on any site and they also receive regular refresher training and training should there be any changes to the contract.
Risk Assessments and Method Statements are carried out for all tasks undertaken prior to the start of the contract and these are explained to the staff so they are fully aware of what is expected of them and they should go about carrying out their duties in a safe way.
Our Management team have a vast amount of experience in preparing and producing risk assessments and method statements, which has been built up over many years of working for larger facility management companies and dealing with a wide variety of clients. These clients offer different challenges and need with regards Health and Safety, as a factory will have different risk to an office. Over the years our team have developed experience and knowledge in how to identify these risks and minimise them.
